Loud. Thin walls. Do NOT get a 2nd floor apt. The crying babies downstairs are audible. The stomping neighbors above are audible. The sneezing coughing snoring from both is AUDIBLE. Not a good place to live.

I lived in Sterling Park for four years and it was an enjoyable living experience. Sterling Park is an awesome place to live. Located just minutes away from Henderson's business sector its one of the best living opportunities in Vance County. Sterling is just one minute away from I 85 and is less than 40 minutes away from North Carolina's major cities (Durham / Raleigh). Sterling is a family community with an amazing staff and property manager. Their staff is timely and precise in regards to repairs. A+ Living opportunity.
