The BEST management team because of FAITH! Everyone is absolutely AWESOME and always goes above and beyond with customer service. We are more than HAPPY with our decision to live here! Absolute gorgeous apartment complex! The staff here is very friendly and patient. You can tell they really care about residents and future residents! Faith is the number person for the job! Her professionalism, nice attitude, and down to earth personality was a major factor in deciding to make this place a home. I recommend anyone looking to rent to check this place out and ask for faith😉

We love this place! The apartments are very clean and spacious. The amenities are outstanding and we love how close we are to the local restaurants & grocery stores. The Property Management & staff really take care of their residents. We work with Milly whenever we have a question or concerns and she goes above & beyond to help us.

We have just loved everything about living here. The office staff is incredible, the amenities (especially the playground and pool!) are amazing, and the apartments and grounds are beautiful. Plus, it's super easy to get anywhere in Knightdale and it's a convenient drive to Raleigh. We've been here almost two years and couldn't be happier.

This is honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in. It was a great price, utilities are super low because the units are energy efficient(with washer and dryer included), and the office staff is incredible. From the first time we visited, they were always very friendly, helpful, and they followed through when they promised something. They are such sweet people, and they take the time to get to know everyone by name and you know they actually care about their residents. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
