Bay Ridge Property Management was founded in 2002 by Sam Corson, a Tampa native and life long resident. He holds an active Community Association Manager's (CAM) license as well as a Florida Real Estate Broker's license. He is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.
Sam Corson has spent his entire career in real estate; he has owned and managed many multi-family apartment buildings, purchased, renovated and sold many single family homes, and acquired and held commercial property.He understands how to approach "shared ownership" property from a business perspective, maximizing return while keeping expenses in check.
