You hear a lot of negativity from tenants, in regards to their landlords. But personally, I have only had good experiences with Bahia. In my time Renting from them, I have had two major issues. One being an issue with my payment, where I ended up with a late fee due to an issue with my bank and the other with a severe ant problem(I had been waging war for about a solid month and a half). Both times, they were legally not obligated to help me resolve the issues. Both times they chose instead to lend assistance.

MAKE SURE TO TAKE VERY DETAILED PHOTOS DEFINITELY BEFORE AND SEND THEM PRIOR TO MOVE IN. I guess Bahia has been taking deposits from good tenets. i thought they were just trying to make back what they lost in the pandemic because no matter if you are the best the cleanest pays rent on time for years. Bahia will make up issues for them to keep your deposit. Like making too many maintenance calls during your stay SO BAHIA CAN RECOUP THOSE VISITS FROM YOUR DEPOSITE. This is sad rent is 3x more now and their making you move and taking deposits.

Don't rent from Bahia! They try and squeeze every penny they can. They don't do any improvements yet are raising rent again. This time by more than usual. I paid rent through the whole scamdemic on time. They make up so many fees. This year they are adding a $75 renewal lease fee. They don't do anything never even did a carpet cleaning during my time here. They don't do pest control. They do no improvements yet they raise rent every year and this year more than usual. You will regret renting from Bahia Property Management

I live in a condo unit managed by Bahia and as an engineer and property manager myself, I wouldn't trust Bahia to take out my trash.
I have paid my rent consistently for nearly 2 years now and despite what they tell the owners, they have not set their eyes on this property during that entire time.
Their staff are nice at first until there's a problem with the property. That's when they are giving a different explanation of their contract than what was originally explained.
When calling to clarify why it's my responsibility to pressure wash the exterior of the building (or else $100 penalty)
