Worst rental experience of my life and I’m not even a month in. I was in real estate for close to 7 years in a different state (mostly property management). Never in my life have a seen someone move into a place as unkept as the one they let me move into. People will text me but not return my calls. My prop manager even admitted they knew it wasn’t clean and still allowed me to move in. Smells like smoke STILL even after all the cleaning I’ve done. Several things are broken that should’ve been fixed at move out and don’t even get me started with the multiple bugs I’ve had to kill over
