Moved down here a couple years ago and haven't been to impressed by repair shops I have taken my truck to since I moved down here until now. Had a coolant leak and they diagnosed and Cooper explained everything thoroughly so wouldn't be any surprises. Dropped it off and fully expected that it would take all day and 6 hours later it was fully repaired and ready to go. Needless to say if I need anything repaired that I don't want to tackle myself I know where my vehicle will go in the future. Thanks for a great job

One of the best places to get your automotive needs met! I have an older 92 4Runner and it had issues, they fixed it and did it right! 29 year old vehicle!!
I would definitely recommend them, local business owner and does the RIGHT thing. They seriously go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied!

My husband passed away a few months ago, and I was at a loss of what to do for general repairs on my vehicle. My mother in law recommended Barnes and I originally went here because of her, but after having service done on a few occasions for different issues, I will always bring it back here.
They are very professional, keep you informed of prices and don't do anything without telling you first. After previous bad experiences at other mechanics, it was so refreshing not to be talked down to!

Barnes has repaired Several cars for me. I took 2 Beetles to both dealers in Louisville. Neither dealer could fix my Beetles. Barnes is like the Lone Ranger riding on a white horse to save my cars. All of the guys that work there are awesome! Cooper ,Troy, Chuck, and Stephen (just to name a few) are fabulous! Everyone treats my daughter and me with respect. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.There are not enough flowery words in the dictionary to describe how GREAT Barnes is. Barnes Auto Service really helped me out a lot. After my first experience there wasn’t too good, the owner Chuck Barnes (who is very kind by the way) called me shortly after he heard and did everything he could to make the situation better. The way that they handled the situation was very professional and showed that they really do care. With them being really busy I understand things happened that they didn’t plan. I can confidently say that they do care about their customers and have their best interest in mind. I am grateful that they took the time to turn things around and put a smile on
