Left a vehicle at this shop that needed service and was quoted that someone would look at it within the week. Over a month later no one has looked at the vehicle. They left it unlocked in their parking lot for weeks. When we went to pick it up there was a gentleman at the counter that said he didn’t care if we came and got it or left it. It made no difference to him. Definitely wasn’t worth our business.

I previously had work done on my 1994 Miata at Jim Hendrix with satisfaction and decided to return there when further work was needed. After being there for a few weeks they finally drove her and figured out what was wrong but kept giving me one excuse after another as to why they had not been able to perform the work. They never once called me with an update. I was always the one calling them to get the status of the repairs. There were several occasions when they did not even answer their phone. I would leave a voicemail but never received a return phone call. I was assured on more than one occasion
