Daniel and the entire team at Janet St. Paul's are the absolute best. I highly recommend as one of the best places in Austin or even US for all hair and any other personal care needs. If you are blonde definitely go to Daniel, he has done an amazing job in fixing my color.

Janet is very talented. She worked in NYC before relocating to Austin. She spends a lot of time with you making suggestions on the perfect style for you and step by step instructions on how to execute it on your own. Her cut is so good that you can go a long time between appointments. Janet will suggest products and tools to keep you salon looking fresh between appointments. She has a cool study whose vibe makes you want to go back.

Nancy is amazing and works magic with highlights. I'm a natural brunette and was looking for a change but no idea where to start with color or highlights. Nancy took over and gave me a beautiful look complimenting my skin tone and shape of my face. I highly recommend!

I got a great haircut from Shannon. However, she obviously double booked herself and started my haircut 30 minutes late and only after I had to tell the receptionist that I couldn't wait longer. Having a new client wait for 30 minutes it unacceptable. Mi time is just as valuable as the hairdresser's.

Very nice staff and I LOVE the Cezanne smoothing treatment (completely safe and formaldehyde-free). My hair is frizzy/damaged and the Cezanne treatment by Nancy (she did a great job!) makes it easy to style, soft and and smooth.

They are COVID-safe, lots of cleaning and disinfecting and everyone is wearing a mask.

I recently decided to get Microblading done on my thinning eyebrows and I was referred to Jessica at Janet St. Paul Salon and she did an amazing job. From start to finish Jessica was very professional. She took her time to explain to me the process and also the after care which was thorough. During the session she slowed down when I asked her to and took her time in order not to hurt me, and for that I am grateful. I was impressed from booking the appt, to the explicit and detailed parking instruction, being greeted with a smile and choice of wine and the checkout experience was seamless. Loved the experience here! Their entire staff is very attentive, sweet, and detail oriented! My stylist was Nicole and she did a beautiful job on my hair. I told her my concerns about how I don't like stylists blow drying my hair because they always burn it. She completely understood me and reassured me that there are ways not to burn your hair. Been in Austin for 4 years. This was the first haircut I've had here that was great. Tried all the quick and dirty, free beer shops and I end up with a complete chop job. I was able to get in same day due to a cancellation. Shannon was clearly a professional. She took her time. Asked a lot of questions...the best. You get what you pay for. And none of the attitude from all the self absorbed cha cha's in the really high end spots. They provide free clean ups which makes sense. Things did not start off well because my appointment was cancelled due to a miscommunication. However, the owner reached out to me and I was rescheduled for the same day. My colorist was a student named Jamie. She was really professional and with the guidance of her instructor, she did amazing balayage work. I absolutely love my hair!

Conrad Diaz is a rock star. The depth of talent at JSP is so solid, it's refreshing! When Conrad took on the tresses and did my entire mane using balayage technique, I was so impressed. It grew out amazingly, without the 'demarcation' line that highlighting with foil has left, in the past--which made it really go the distance between my next color appointment.

He is so pleasant, professional and fun. A delightful addition to the team. Highly recommend!
