I recently adopted a toy poodle that was severely matted and My 1 year old dog was in an emergency and experiencing pain because of her hair. I called this hospital and someone gladly added me to a schedule for the next morning. Once I arrived the receptionist stated she cannot help the dog and the representative before her lied, she stated “she shouldn’t have told you that”. At this point I’ve searched around Ohio for about 2 months and no one was willing to help, so I was at my breaking point and in tears because I care for my Fur baby. The representative wouldn’t even give me a reference

Buster had bladder stones that were causing bleeding and frequency. He needed surgery so we consulted with Dr. Rogoff and decided to go ahead with surgery. Buster had surgery 3 weeks ago. The day he had surgery he was able to pee with a strong stream and no blood. The recovery was easy and the staff devised a soft body sleeve dressing that covered the area with no bandage and avoided the need for a saucer around his neck. He healed perfectly with no scar. The staff were so kind and provided instructions and support. They took good care of Buster and told us how much they liked him. Thank you Dr

Our puppy slit her paw pad almost off and we took her to emergency medvet over holiday weekend to get it sewn up. She came home and ripped it open. They took her in as soon as I called and the staff were so incredibly kind and understanding. She went in with our pup to talk to the doc and came out to tell me that since it required anesthesia, and restitching, and antibiotics that it would cost between 3 and 4 hundred. When I picked her up, they handed me an even $300 bill. They knew I couldn't find anywhere else to take her and drove an hour to them and that I already paid an arm and a leg ($800

I’ve never been so upset in my life. We have been taking our dogs here for years. After this last visit, we will NEVER go there again. Last week, our dog of 17 years was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We wanted him to go peacefully; however, this experience was far from that. Instead of the doctor taking his time to ensure he placed the shot in a vein, he completely missed and shot our poor old guy in the leg. Our poor pup let out a loud curdling scream that we have NEVER heard him make before. He was in pain the entire last few minutes of his life. Instead of the vet staying and apologizing

They are very nice there and professional. We just had our little girl dog spayed it there. They did it with lasers and the recovery went very well. I love the fact they don't nickel and dime you for some of the follow-up visits. Several times I've walked out of there after follow up and they just do it and hand you your dog or cat back. Still need to get the stitches out but most likely they'll just pull them out and hand you your pet back. The outside is not much to look at but what you get is quality work thus far. Due to COVID 1984 you will need to ring the doorbell and then just wait. They
