I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic! The staff here genuinely cares about your animals as if they are their own. When our usual vet let us down, Suburban Vet Clinic became a saving grace for our dogs. Our pittie has a lot of health issues and we often need to get her in to the vet last minute, and Suburban has always been able to accommodate that, including same day appointments. They are very detailed and thorough in their exams and explanations of health issues. When you speak to the doctors & vet techs, you can tell they know what they’re talking about. My dogs are usually

Our visit on 12/14/2021 was not good. We are waiting to hear back from the office manager. I brought my cat in to get his mouth examined. He had a history of dental issues and was currently showing issues with his mouth and difficulty trying to eat his food. Paperwork was brought to verify his history of dental disease and it was made clear we wanted his mouth checked. I had my son call me and put me on speaker phone while he was at the vet. Because, if it was in fact his mouth causing these issues, I did not want to pay for further testing. The vet (who we've never seen before) explained that

I brought my Doberman puppy to them after another Vet had botched his ears. Suburban Vet took care of him and saved his ears. They never questioned why I went somewhere else and they treated me and my pup with excellent professional care. I would recommend them to anyone especially owners of Dobermans and other breeds that need their ears cropped. Excellent friendly people. Thank you Suburban Vet

Great staff! Very informative, upfront with what to expect & what the procedure fees are. Very professional & kind. I love my pets & only want the best for them! I was able to pick up my kittens early after their surgery because Dr Terry did such an excellent job! My two baby kittens are home, recovering and purring away!

Staff was nice however when I got the price I couldn’t believe it. They should also treat your pet in front of you. I feel like I got finessed and I only came here because this was the earliest appointment I could get. I’ll come back for my cats booster unless I can find it cheaper somewhere else after that I’ll find a better clinic with better prices. If you’re trying to save I’d steer clear of here.

Everyone was very kind at the office. They were very professional but friendly as well. All the staff members contributed to a great fast pace environment. My puppy was very comfortable being there even in the exam room, they treated him well and found different ways to interact with him so he would be comfortable. It was a great experiences I can't wait to be back for another visit, I know my puppy will be happy and well taken care of

I dropped my cat off on December 23, 2020 for what was determined to be crystals in his ureters. They said he would need to be sedated and have a catheter inserted for 2 days to try to clear the blockage and then see if he could urinate on his own. He would need to stay through Saturday, December 26th. I was told I could call for an update any time… and could come see him any time, yet most times I tried to call, I got the after hours recording (even though I was calling during business hours) which offered an opportunity to leave a message, then promptly told me I couldn't leave a message

On my dogs last visit he was supposed to get all he stitches and staples removed. He allegedly got aggressive so they needed to put him under which cost like $350 as opposed to like $100. When he got home that day I noticed a wound on him that he didn't have when I took him there. I haven't returned to that vet because they were terrible. Also,… this was over a month ago and I realized this past weekend he still had staples in him which doesn't even look like they were needed in that area. It's been over a month so why is it the vet didn't mention these staples and I just happen to notice

You should be ashamed of yourselves! We brought our dog in there for a dental cleaning and when we went to pick him up, not only were we given an outrages bill but you also performed medical procedures without authorization. Shame on you! We will never be back and let everyone know what a horrible experience we had!! Never bring your pets to this place!!!
