Services
The practice became the Chagrin Animal Clinic and continued to function in the original building on Chagrin Road for twenty years. The practice is owned and operated by James Eldridge, D.V.M. and Caryn Scaravelli, D.V.M. They were married in 1982 and have 2 sons, Bryan and Kevin. Both doctors graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981.
As a Chagrin Falls native, Dr. Binder takes great pride in caring for her hometown pets and their families. Her special interests in veterinary medicine are surgery, geriatric canine health, dermatology, and feline medicine. After graduating from Walsh Jesuit High School, Dr. Binder's educational road trip began at the University of San Diego, where she graduated with a degree in Biology.
For your pet to live a long healthy life, they require regular pet wellness care. Routine pet exams for the pets of Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Moreland Hills, and Bentleyville allow us to check for abnormalities, talk to you about any behavior changes at home, perform necessary bloodwork and diagnostics as needed, and more.
Just the very best vet clinic in the area. Dr. Scaravelli takes her time, is very informative, and goes out of her way to take care of us and our dogs. This is the best Vet center we've ever gone to. All the docs and staff there are so nice and caring and always go above and beyond. We are a high-maintenance house of 4 crazy dogs (2 older and 2 puppies) and throughout all of our visits and emergencies they have been wonderful. You can tell they actually care about their patients' well-being and not just about collecting a check. Highly recommended!!

Dr Scaravelli is the best vet that I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of pet ownership.
The entire staff is friendly and very competent.
Every visit entire organization seems dedicated to my visit and they take the time to be thorough, welcoming and always explain everything clearly. Always a pleasure boat experience. Their facility is extremely clean and during Covid especially their professionalism makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!
