Dr phil is fantastic i have been taking my lab Luna and cat Winston to him and staff for the past 4.5 years. the rates are great and even though they are SWAMPED with all the new COVID acquired pets, they make time for loyal customers and emergencies (my cat had a scratched cornea a few months ago and they squeezed us in same day). ALso, our dog is on expensive meds for her severe allergies and companion animal hospital has the cheapest price for meds. even cheaper then all the budget websites etc. We love companion animal hospital!

WOW!!!!!!!! I am very impressed with Dr. Phil Williams. I felt like he genuinely cares and is honest, he didn't rush us, he answered all of my questions and honestly told me that the services I thought my cat may need to have done were not necessary and in fact, may have some cons. What vet does that?!?! Almost every vet I have ever been to rushes you in, makes you feel like you are wasting their time, and tries to push a bunch of services on you that you don't need.

We gave done most everything here from new puppy exams, emergency visits, letting an animal go that is dying, routine shots...they are friendly,compassionate but also realistic and thats a hard quality to find. They understand how important your animal is while being professional, honest and up front about outcomes and the well being of the animal.

Dr. Phil Williams and his staff are a blessing to me and my Collie. I was searching for another vet after consistently not having a good experience at a well known vet in my location. The first time I came to the vet was during the pandemic and she had to go in with the tech and vet on her own, without me. I was so nervous about this because she did not like going into the other vet, even with me. When she came out, she was near Dr Phil's side and wouldn't leave him. She kept nudging his leg and hand to pet her and stood by him the whole time while he explained what he thought was wrong----which

Today was my second visit to office. Even though a woman told me they do not charge for second visit, they charged me 28 dollars. Thankfully , when I told this to vetenerian, she said they can refund money to my account. The doctor suggested me to buy Lysine for my kitten. I offered them but this product from their clinic, which I already have 28 dollars account. They charged me 32 dollars. Now, I checked on the Internet how much Lysine is; it is 16 dollars. I could not believe they set me 32$ instead of 16.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Dr. Williams since we moved to Solon. He is a wonderful vet and very reasonable. Our curious puppy gets into everything and he is always a phone call away to answer any questions we have. I have never had a vet who is so caring and available. Highly recommend!

Pet owner for years - never had better vet care then w/ Dr Phil and staff @ Companion Animal Hospital. Brought 🐱 in daily for meds (including intravenous) for life threatening illness. Day 6 - I suggested put her down. He said lets try a little longer & kept her 2 nights - she is totally back to normal! So thankful!! 🐾

After months of trying to solve a serious issue with our cat a few years ago, Dr. Williams saved the day! Two other vets hadn't been able to effectively help our little guy who had suddenly started having horrible seizures, but the staff at this place took the time and energy to really investigate the issue, explore options, and help us decide what treatment would be best. Much to everyone's relief, the issue was resolved. We've since moved half an hour away, but still take our cats here for their yearly checkups because we really respect and trust everyone at CAH to take good care

I have been going here ever since I got my French Bulldog nearly 4 years ago. My dog was sick and needed care and I was told on a Tuesday that I couldn't get in to see the Doctor until Friday. I asked if he was out of town and was told he would be in the office, but had no open appointments until that time. I was under the impression that a vet was able to make time to see a sick dog . I will be looking for a new vet.

Romeo continues to be an incredibly happy patient of Dr. Phil and the Companion staff.
Even though my last review was also 5-stars, i'm giving an additional update to this review. Despite today being a snowy mess for half of Cleveland, Dr. Phil was still able to fit Romeo in for a same day appointment after he had a semi-emergency with his paw. I am so grateful at how accommodating their staff was to make this appointment happen.
I still standby that from the moment Romeo enters and leaves, his tail is wagging. I always appreciate how Dr. Phil "talks" to my little man, and goes

They have always been so compassionate and helpful! In addition to helping us keep our animals healthy, they have helped us with behavioral issues. As animals get older, of when they are very ill, they are careful that we know how to contact them in case of an emergency. They have also been honest with us. They are willing to do whatever testing we would like, but in the case of an animal no longer able to withstand treatment, they are honest enough to tell us investing in testing is not really necessary. I trust them and have found them to be competitive in their pricing.

This is a great vet clinic. Dr. Williams and his staff are so kind and accommodating. I had a very challenging and cantankerous pet, and they, as opposed to other vets we had seen, were always so understanding and kind with her. Dr. Williams is also really knowledgeable and always takes time to explain things in detail. I definitely give them five stars.
