Spoke with Bob Winters today about a property on Semoran. This “gentleman” was completely unprofessional on the phone when I inquired about leasing information. I was told that “I don’t have that kind of money”. How do you know what I may or may not have in my bank account, Sir? I’m one to not waste time - mine or anyone else’s, so I wouldn’t have called to inquire about any property if I didn’t have the cash on hand. I found him to be rude and disrespectful. My family is looking to lease a property in the very near future and we surely will NOT do business with any company associated

A++++. I give Dunhill an EXCELLENT review because the application process was painless and very quick with the Dunhill Companies. The contract was reasonable and worded well, and fair to all parties. Since we have been in our offices the great customer service has continued. A big SHOUT-OUT to Kristen for making everything, well, PERFECT. I will definitely recommend Dunhill Properties.
