In order to recreate your design accurately and in perfect detail, we ask that you submit a vector formatted file with your artwork. Acceptable formats for these files are AI or EPS, so long as they are not bitmap embedded images.

We recently placed an order for 850 printed tote bags to be distributed at a national convention. At every stage of the process Chris Rich offered invaluable assistance. She helped us to choose the best style of tote bag for our needs and advised us on how to modify the logo so that it would show to its best advantage. She was incredibly patient and responsive to questions we sent via email. When we picked up our completed order, the finished product exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful that we found Rich's Stitches! We are a small start-up company and had been dealing with another company for our tee shirts, but their service and products were very disappointing. Lovely experience at Rich’s Stitches! I had a vest embroidered with my mother’s initials for Christmas and dropped the vest off very last minute. Christine & Cecelia were able to embroider the vest in 2 days so that I could have the gift ready for Christmas with my family! Rich's Stitches did an AMAZING job on product and customer service on a pretty significant personal project that I selected them to help me on, which involved a handful of pressed shirts, hats, mugs and hand towels. From the first point of contact with one of the owners, Chris, I felt I was truly being heard and that my smaller project, even compared to some of more profitable deals they have, was truly important. I tend to have a lot of questions and am pretty particular on getting the exact product I want; I am a perfectionist. Chris was kind in all of her communications, VERY detail oriented

Chris and Heike have been printing jerseys for my volleyball team for 5 years now. They are quick, friendly and do a great job. They made a mistake this year and immediately corrected it. Because they are a small shop, their hours are limited for the 9-5er like me, but they were nice enough to let me drop by earlier before work to pick up or pay. Rich's Stitches personnel are professional, courteous and responsive. Great work and I'll definitely go back to them for embroidery and promotional products for my company.
