We've been partnering with local property owners since 1978 & have truly seen it all. Our local market expertise makes us a savvy option for any San Diego real estate investor. It's never been easier to monitor your home's health. Simply log in to our account portal at any time to view your latest statements and inspection reports.
We'll explain the options available to your customer and help them to choose the right package for their property's needs. For every client who signs a contract, we'll pay you a referral fee. Earn 10% for tenant placement packages and 25% of the first month's rent for property management. Sending a referral to us doesn't mean giving up on future sales.
A plunger should clear all but the most severe clogs. To use one properly, flush your toilet ONCE. Then, press the bottom of the plunger over the drainage hole in the toilet and pump vigorously. If the plunger doesn't help, lift the lid on the back of the tank to verify that the chain is still attached to the handle.

Terrible service. Lacking professionalism and kindness. Never got a phone call when they were coming, would just show up unannounced. Been living in my current apartment for over 4 years now almost 5. I never missed a payment, never got a noise complaint. Once Jeff and Shelly became involved about 3 months ago, building repairs began. Two days ago I was given a 30 days notice. Rent and deal with better people. They’re not worth it.

By far the best rental/landlord company I have ever dealt with. It’s the small things that make all the difference! They never show-up unannounced, provide same-day fixes to all maintenance requests, and maintain excellent communication with all tenants. They also returned my full security deposit without a single dispute! Easiest tenancy I’ve ever had.

Very unpleasant experience dealing with this organization. Over promising telling saying we have the rental and then turns out we dont. No real answer as to why (and I know credit is not the issue, maybe it was the dependent so thats illegal).

Jeff and his team have been professional and efficient with managing our property. So far i have no complaints. They are reasonable, have practical solutions to typical problems that arise with rental properties which comes from experience. I highly recommend them

Worst landlord on earth! Negative nancy. Very Nasty and immature . We were good tenants paid on time but still this guy was very nasty chip on his shoulder constantly. Unprofessional speaks negatively about other tenants . Do yourself a favor don't rent from him . Save yourself the headache

WARNING: Jeff is the worst landlord I have ever had in 10 years of renting. He is also a liar who will screw you at every turn. Why:
1. Before we moved in the ice machine wasn't working, 11 months later still wasn't fixed.
2. He went dark for a month and no one could get in touch with him.
3. When we were moving out he expected us to "not use the house" for 3 days before we moved out. That is not how it works, we paid for those days.
4. Not only did he want us out 3 days early before our lease ended but he threatened us with withholding our security deposit (illegal).

My experience with Cairncross Management has been fantastic. Their staff is friendly. They always check in on how I'm doing when I stop by to pay rent. They were prompt on getting our broken washer replaced and other maintenance issues we've had. Beats my previous landlord by far! I recommend them to anyone who is thinking about renting.
