Just dont do it live or work. THE ONLY REASON EMPLOYEES GIVE GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE TRISH VICE PRESIDENT INSTRUCTED ALL EMPLOYEES GIVE GOID REVIEWS. 28 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND THIS ISCTHE WORST COMPANY I HAD EVER WORKED FOR. SUMMER THE SO CALLEDCREGIONAL MANAGER WANTED ME GONE BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTIES SHE HAD. SHE DID NOT WANT THE OWNER TO KNOW SHE NEVER DID HER JOB!

This was the absolute worst work experience of my entire life!! The management team is horrible. There is no sort of professionalism on either end of this place. Managers did not know what they were doing. Completely rude with residents and did not care about there living situations until they went to the corporate office. They’re we’re many occasions where the people in office were racist and would not want to rent to colored people! Neither the Area manager nor the managers know how to address issues very offense , rude, unprofessional approach to everything. It would be embarrassing renting

AVOID RENTING FROM SABRA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!! After 5 years of renting we only received $100 of our security deposit. Not to mention the remodeling of the house WHILE WE LIVED IN IT! Impossible to contact. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 5 years of renewed and increased rent and they repay you with $100 security deposit return. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Lived in Parkwood Village a Sabra property for 5 yrs. We have never had any issues until new manager came in in March 2020. On top of poor management the apartment is way over priced, no insulation,poor maintenance and God forbid you have ac issues because they are not HVAC certified. The parking is horrible and just let me say they try to charge you any extra money they can and call it a fine. Just a fair warning stay completely clear of any of Sabra Property Management properties. Plumbing is a big issue sewage was running out of outside drain I mean tolit paper was out on sidewalk which was

Roaches and more Roaches. First off, I rarely do reviews but I'm all out of resources at this point. Secondly I've never wanted to move so bad ever. when I moved here I was promised $300 dollars of of June's rent. Which I thought was suspect because I moved in December of last year 2018. When Junes comes they change the management of the property and their new management didn't honor the agreement per the previous management. That upset me. The pool never opened this summer. I've been living here for 8+ months and the just fined me $200 without proper notice for a boxing bag

I've lived at the highland circle apartments for 10 months now and it was okay until my ac went out. The maintenance on site and through Sabra have done nothing but point surface guns around my apartment and say it's cooling. Shame on you and the people working for this company. Horrible customer service, the lady I talked to assured my it would be fixed and had yet to follow up with me about two weeks later. And no one has responded to my email.
Update: Hurricane Irma came through and a tree fell on the apartment. So I paid went for 18 days I couldn't live in the apartment and I was told I need

I have lived at Legacy Commons (a Sabra property) on a 18 month contract and renewed to a 12 month contract. Within the first year, there has been 4 floods. Occupants in the building flush paper and cause the bottom units in the apartment to flood. There were human waste and urine everywhere in my home! Management did not respond to the emergency urgently and the maintenance staff were blowing and picking up trash around the neighborhood instead. The next day, it would happen again; and they would point fingers and blame me for it. The following week, another two floods occurred. Management refused
