I was in a real bind financially and the time came for me to consider a bankruptcy. I first spoke to a lawyer that I was referred to me by a friend. They wanted $1500 upfront. I believe it may have been two installments of $750. I didn't have that, so investigated other alternatives. I saw an interview of Kirk Moore on local television. I can't say enough about how great Kirk, and his entire team, are! I had been struggling for over a year slowly sinking deeper and deeper into debt and felt completely overwhelmed and helpless. From the very first meeting with Kirk things improved. Within the first 2 weeks I could afford to finally but some groceries again, something I had not been able to do in more than 6 months! This guy is a total peace of trash garbage! I filed chapter 13 in the end of things it ended up turning into chapter 7! He said creditors would stop calling and sending me mail he lied! He's a fine line of trash know wonder kron 4 took him off the air. Not only that I had a Mercedes under a lease this idiot had the nerve to call the other party attorney have them harass my elderly mother calling my mom these scammers trying to repo my car. This lady sounded like a ash tray full of smoke in her throat called my mom every curse word from A to Z thanks to Kirk Moore he's a looser I should
