I went to look at the 1 bedrooms on 9/25 and they show they had 5 apartments available for 11/5/2021. The next day I applied for one of the apartments and paid the $231 admin fee and found out today that all the 1 bedrooms were not available. I asked why were the apartments showing still available on the website because people will apply for the apartment and pay the admin assuming its available. So I spoke to the property manager John about the problem and to get a refund. He stated that it takes up to 30 days and the admin fee will be mailed back to me?? I told him that was unprofessional because

I have lived here for roughly a year and a half and I’m moving out due to a few issues which are actually quite major: absolutely no parking spaces. I get off work around 6PM and have to park up to 3-4 buildings away from my apartment due to limited parking. My neighbors have 3-4 people over daily and they take up half the parking in front of my building. Another issue is the business center is always out of order. In the entirety of my 15 month lease, I haven’t been able to use a computer or a printer here. They’re never operational. Please don’t count this as an amenity if it’s never

Our family were some of the first residents here. We lived there close to 2.5 years. At first it was great although the amenities weren’t readily available then nor were they all available after leaving 2.5 years later. There was drug deals going down constantly we even watched drug deals at the pool go down on camera with office staff and they… said there was nothing they could do. People from all over came and enjoyed the pool (the security would rarely check to see if you belonged there or not. They would only check a couple of people not everyone) the pool bathrooms were gross

As a connoisseur of luxury living, I was a brief tenant here. It was an okay experience. The apartments are located in Greer which is a bit country but on trend. I fell in love with the clubhouse. It is spectacular and was available for residents to reserve. The staff were very friendly. The community was modern. Some of the residents were suspect but overall nice vibes. I had an unusual pest problem to the point that I could not live or enjoy my home per usual; even after treatment. The laundry room was spacious. It was my hideaway lol. Almost best apartments in greer.

I’ve lived here for a year (was so sad to move for job purposes) and cannot say enough good things about the grounds and management! Michael and Stetson are absolutely fantastic. Work orders always happened in a super timely manner, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Since moving I lost a water bill in the process and they gave me 0 trouble about it, and held my mail for me as I’ve had trouble with my forwarding address while moving as well. ALSO- was extremely rare I EVER heard anyone below or above me (was located on the second floor)- the walls are THICK! Thank you so, so much

I moved in here September of last year. We are on the bottom floor and there is a lady above us. I think we were the fourth person to move in that section, it was good and quiet for a lil while til she moved in. I understand that people have to walk in their apartment but she STOMPS when she walks to Every room and we work and she doesn’t. We have… complained, community police has went to her apartment, city police had gone to her apartment but Nothing seems to work. We CANNOT GET ANY PEACE IN OUR Apartment and I think it’s very unfair to us. We pay our on time, we are very quiet
