Services
Security deposits may exceed the minimum amount and, in some cases, may require a maximum of two (2) months' rent based on credit experience. Security deposits will only be returned to any applicant(s) within 48 hours of payment, after which the security deposit is forfeited should an applicant choose to withdraw their application for residency.

Managers only talk to you when rent is due. They do nothing about the hundreds (literally) of cats that are around and spraying everything so that the nasty smell seeps into your car and apartment. There isn't adequate parking spaces or lighting in parking lots. Maintenance staff is too busy hanging out in empty apartments to fix anything in the apartments that have tenets. Do yourself a favor and don't move here

So happy and thankful god moved me out of these apartments into something better! I lived In these apartments last year and the ladies in the office we're beyond nasty and hateful they racial profiled and told lies just to get a person put out and didn't care about the residents until rent was due! maintenance did nothing but hang out in empty apartments drinking also would enter into your apartment unannounced but could never fix anything! The million cats that are out there had the whole complex stink and the smell was unbareable I had roaches inside my apartment and my children couldn't even

Alright. So dont let those fake reviews fool you. I'll let you in on what really goes on.. I've lived in this complex for 13 years. In all the police paid a visit several times! The people who come to fix things up (forgot the name) don't do anything. And if they do, it's either a poor job or it takes them a good month just to get to your place and fix the problem because they're too busy flirting with the tenants. I had a hole in my ceiling, asked three times for them to come and fix... Never happened.. I ended up having to patch myself when I moved out. The parking is terrible!! In my particular
