Brandon is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever and contact with. He helped my baby sister moved in a few weeks ago. He is a awesome and sweet individual that goes out his way to make sure his tenants are token care of.

Couldn’t be happier with my new home! We were able to move in quickly and the staff at the leasing office is wonderful to communicate with! The entirety of the apartment complex is beautiful and well kept. My two bedroom is incredibly spacious, especially for the price!

You will Get a Better Place than this Mark my words!!
I had to reach out to the corporate as no one else is helping me with my maintenance issues going on with my apartment, I am living here since Feb 2018, and I never had these issues.
I have water going down from the kitchen sink and my kitchen light is not working properly and now my garbage disposal is not working so we don't have a way out for water! Now they haven't work on any of these as I live in this apartment so I know it's the way it is!
So long story short, they said they can only deal with EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUES ON WEEKENDS

If I could leave a one star review I definitely would. My boyfriend stays here and I spend the night a couple times a week. The gates are open 24/7, I don’t even know why they’re there. These apartments are crawling with roaches! They are charged a fee every month for bugs to be sprayed for and they have only come to spray two times in the past nine months. Good luck walking to your apartment without seeing tons of roaches and water bugs on the path there at night.The maintenance team 8/ absolutely terrible They have put in maintenance orders nearly 10 times for the same things and none of

This review is purely based on the fact that I have left 2 phone messages and numerous emails and never received a response. But, I receive daily email updates from an apartment website I'm on that they have availability. I have never reached an actual person when I called.

If no stars were possible that would be what I would give them. Polos at Hudson Corner offered my family and I an apartment for $1014 if we applied the same day. We paid the application fee, and we accepted for the apartment. Two weeks after being accepted I get a call saying they have to raise the price of the apartment because it needs to be renovated after being offered a price, i was unhappy with this option so I was offered a refund of the $99 application fee. After two months of waiting for my refund never came in the mail so i called back and asked what was going on and was told that i would

Great apartment complex! Gated community ! The staff is very friendly. They have a dog park, garages, renovated pool, 24 hour gym! And a lovely clubhouse which you can rent out during their office hours. It's close to the grocery store so you don't have to waste any gas.
