If you need an Agent, Lakischa Morgan is who I recommend. My husband and I began working with Lakischa at the end of April 2019, we put an offer down in May and closed in June. We were very nervous, as this is our first time buying a property, but Lakischa made the whole process a smooth and simple journey. She is thorough and went over every document with us before we signed. she also shared her knowledge with various aspects of the buying process and will provide us with as much information necessary to make us comfortable with our decisions. Sandy Ertel was my realtor. We had to find a house out of state. I didn’t know where to start. She helped us every step of the way. Extremely knowledgable. Knows the laws inside and out. She even helped me on my end here when needed.She walked us through the whole process in a way that was not over whelming. Sandy went way above and beyond what was expected of her. She went to look at homes for us so we didn’t have to drive long distance to look for homes. She video taped the house every inch of it for us to see on our iPad. I had Julianne Douglas as a realtor and received the absolute worst service. She never responded to emails or texts unless I sent the message several times. Her excuse is she was out of town and that may have been true she could have take the time to send a quick text or call. This was not an important money making sale to her so she did little to nothing to assist with this. I would NOT recommend ReMax Lakeside and if you happen to have to use them I would suggest making sure you don't get stuck with Julianne Douglas. There are many other people out there who probably could have done a better

Whenever my realtor or I call about a property that they have listed we always get the run around, we can't talk to the listing agent and it's always an issue, and if you talk to anyone that works there they have a who cares kind of attitude. In my opinion, I would not do business with them especially on 2nd street in Milwaukee, they are the worst! -5 Stars rating!
