Jack Quinlevan worked as a sales & leasing agent for a national medical building developer on projects all over the continental United States from June of 1988 to September of 1993. In February of 2003 Jack left the Trammell Crow Company, purchased the furnishings and equipment, and Quinlevan Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was formed.
Quinlevan spends the time on the front end of the assignment to thoroughly understand each clients existing space situation and their space desires moving forward. We then match their unique space needs with the available spaces in the marketplace. We solicit Lease Proposals from their favorite buildings and allow these buildings to compete with each other for our tenant client.
Quinlevan has over 40 years of collective experience in sales & leasing of commercial real estate. Quinlevan has 35 years of collective experience in tenant representation of commercial real estate (office & flex industrial). Quinlevan has collectively leased over 2 million square feet of space. Our goal is utilize our experience to provide exceptional service to our tenant clients.
