What is bankruptcy? Bankruptcy is a legal process through which you can be protected from your creditors and relieved of your debts. Bankruptcy law is based on Federal law and was first provided for in the United States Constitution. How do I know if I need to file bankruptcy? No one but you can decide if you need to file bankruptcy.
I became a client of Attorney Atzbach in November of 2007. Attorney Atzbach was able to retrieve money from a debt management company that was supposed to pay my accounts that were active. He is a very professional attorney with the utmost care to detail the wrong this debt company did to me. His office staff were also very professional and very helpful.

Update: Amazing I can say honestly. I have had so much weight lifted and am healing from surgeries that have kept me from working. Without the help from this office I would still be struggling and going further and further in a hole. It's amazing not being judged for honest mistakes and getting myself in a bind. I would recommend anyone who needs to file a bankruptcy but doesn't want to be judged and listened too like you matter come to this law office

Called in talk to the receptionist Brittany, super nice. I've then asked to talk to Geffrey the attorney. He was extremely rude I just had a few questions so I can narrow down whether or not I should come in the office with a consultation. I went to Geoff because I pay for legal through my work. It was like looking for a doctor through my insurance site. He had great ratings and a great bio on his page. Bankruptcy is NEVER a pleasant decision to come to. Once you make that decision, you really NEED someone who doesnt treat you like you are still a PERSON. Mr. Atzbach has been AMAZING. He is honest and forward. He gives you the run down and what all to except. Communication has been wonderful and the ladies in the office are grand as well!
Edit: Our case has now finished and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Geoffrey answered every single question we had even the stupid ones. He answered them himself to. Geoffrey and his team were absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything to us and answered every question we had even the stupid ones. He responded to us in a timely manner and all the answers we got were directly from him. All emails and return calls came from him which was just great! He was also up front with everything we weren't left in the dark and let us know if something was changing. He has honestly made this process 100x easier and we are so thankful for it!

Great, people were exceptional. Geoff went far beyond any of my expectations! Is a great comfort to me that people like he and his wife yet still exist in today's society. I have had the undesired lack of fortune in recent years to have run into people with a great lack of conscience and a questionable moral compass, (if it even existed was brought into question). Meeting with Geoff Atzbach my belief that there were still people remaining that had concern for others as well, not just looking out for themselves at the expense of others was solidified.
