During a Labor Day weekend. I took my dog out for a walk. It was around 9 pm and the office was closed. I got locked out of my apartment because a "latch" had been latched. I called the emergency number and was told that this was not considered an emergency that maintenance comes out for. I had to wait until the office reopened on Monday. (3 days later). I had to call a locksmith to undo a hotel latch that later I found out was illegal on my apartment door. Long story short, I received an eviction note because I did not pay all my rent because I submitted the locksmith bill to

Just moved in here, told them I needed a lease ASAP and I was almost instantly applying and getting keys like 4 days later, staff is incredibly nice and place is clean! Also a huge fan of the cameras outside, my last place didn’t have cameras and I had my car broken into and nothing I could do. Having cameras in the lot makes me feel a lot better parking here than many other places!

I been living here for a year and my experience is been very good, the people on the office is very nice and helpful, the maintenance guys are very good at their job, they come right away when you report any issues or needs, the property always looks clean, I have no problems with my neighbors, they are very nice and quiet. The people I've seen walking their dogs clean after them, the apartments are a little bit old yes, but overall is really a good place to live with an affordable rental prices!

Do not live here, staff is unhelpful rude and fee happy on anything they can be. First month and a half we moved in we battled roaches every day, no break on rent and they treated us as though we brought them there. Maintenance enters apartment whenever with no advance notice and they trampled some of my stuff. Received several letters threatening fine if I didn't take my bird feeder down... any time you try and discuss any of this with management they are rude as can be and no help at all. icing on the cake was the late fees - account has been on auto pay for over a year out of no where I

One thing I will have to say about reading some of these reviews is that the management team is filled with great people. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but overall they try and help you to the best of their abilities. I was coming in to tour a unit (sadly they only had two bedrooms when I needed 3) when a resident had came into the office being extremely rude to the employees. I do not understand why people have to get so infuriated when the office staff are only able to do things to a certain extent. This place is very beautiful, quiet, homey, and has good schools. Cabot cove is one of the best properties I've seen. They have newly updated units and great people. Cabot cove is on the bus lines and makes it easily accessible to public transportation. If your interested in moving I would definitely check this place out. You won't regret it

I am very disappointed in the treatment by management I received at Cabot Cove. They keep the grounds looking nice and I never felt unsafe in the area but for the reasons I state below I decided to move out at the end of my lease. I wish I would have looked harder for reviews on Cabot Cove before I signed the lease. Below is just some of my issues experienced.
When I arrived to pick up my keys the staff who helped me adamantly informed me that if an issue arises at the pool I should not call them but "call the police" because "I" can do the same thing as the office staff

I've been here for 5 years now and have to move because of work. It's a working class family neighborhood. Lots of kids and working parents. My neighbors are teachers, dental assistants, nurses, salesmen, etc. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood, but, as I said, there are a lot of kids. The pool is strictly kid territory once they get home from school and during summer afternoons. Over five years, I've had a pipe leak, they replaced my dishwasher, and once the drain on the air conditioner clogged and flooded the closet downstairs. They took care of all of my incidents quickly. I have now lived here almost a year now, love the convenience of the location.
The office staff are very attentive, and professional.
The property manager really seems to care about the property.
The grounds always look amazing. Even in the winter they shovel the snow up to our front doors!
I am very happy here and plan to resign another lease.
