I lived there for a year, only moved because my company relocated me.
I can honestly say that Kelly is the absolute best property manager that I have ever dealt with! From beginning to end, she took care of everything. Have an issue? Just call her, she gets it taken care of immediately. Questions? She has an answer. Extremely professional, with the perfect personality for exceptional resident relations.
Oakwood Management is fortunate to have such a dedicated person.

*Update* unfortunately the moving out aspect was a nightmare that has ended with repeated emails between myself and Oakwood Management that is still unresolved.
We moved in about 4-5 months ago and it has gone smoothly. Parking is a train wreck but at no fault the the complex. Common sense isn’t applied to parking techniques. For example don’t park right behind someone’s driveway so they can back out!

Construction is still underway and moving vans are common lately. Parking and drainage are my biggest complaints followed by the difficulty we had obtaining repairs due to faulty installations. The place is coming along and could earn a higher rating once the growing pains have subsided. Love having 3 bedrooms, a garage, and a basement.
Updated photo attached. Still need the central mud bath, dust bowl to become a parking lot to stem the current parking woes. Turning the the main drive into a one-way path would also be beneficial. There any many choices in the area and seemingly more each week
