I've been here five years, going on six, and I absolutely love it. In every apartment community, you're going to have the things that bug you—same is true here—you don't have air/heat for a few weeks during the summer/fall switchover, the gym is just OK (some of the major equipment is older), and you have those occasional renters who don't understand being a good neighbor. Same as anywhere. But the pluses of this place far outweigh any of these things. The property manager, Melissa, is the absolute best. She's fair, fast to fix things, and truly does try to help you in any way she can. Lane

On August 8, I had toured Arlington Pointe Apartments where I had met Melissa Potts. A couple of days before, I had called to inquire about pet policies, as I have a husky. Many complexes have a breed restriction for a Siberian Husky and I was trying to find somewhere that would allow her. I was told via phone that my dog would absolutely be welcomed at Arlington Pointe. During my tour at the complex, I reiterated that I had a husky and double and triple verified face to face that she would be welcomed before I applied, as I did not want to waste the complexes or my own time. It was a nice community

Melissa, our property manager, is very responsive and helpful in many situations and really appears to care much about you and your success in Columbus. I just moved here and Melissa was a major plus on my transition to the city. I have only lived here for a month, but it's great!
The Apartment is wonderful (the living room is huge). Maintenance is available 24 hours, and they are very respectful when they come in. The appliances are new and I love living here!

The property is wonderful. The pool is a great feature and I enjoy that it is secluded and away from traffic and noise and there is enough room for everyone even on a busy day. And there always great events taking place in summer and all through the year. The office manager, Melissa, is very informative and communitive whenever I have a question or concern and you can tell she really cares about the appartments and the people that live there.

SO MUCH BAD now that a new management has taken over this past Nov '17. Rent issues that took months to fix, NO water or heat at times. Not being notified about current issues. Way too much to continue the list here. The old management is well missed. I do not recommend this place anymore and I've been here for 2 years.
Update!! They are now offering cash rewards for reviewing them. I'm sorry, my current review will stay as is. I will not be bribed into a good review. I feel bad for anyone living there currently.

I’ve lived here for 2+ years and love it! Everyone is so friendly. Location is great. Close proximity to everything. Melissa is the best property manager! Always setting up fun events for our community in both summer (pool parties) and winter. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is up to par even on off hours!

Love Arlington Pointe Apartments! We moved here almost a year ago and haven’t had a single problem in that time. Apartments are newly remodeled and the clubhouse is a cozy facility for all. Melissa is an amazing manager and is always going above and beyond for everyone here! So impressed with this place that I just renewed another lease!

I’ve been living in an apartment for about 5 months now. Overall the experience has been good. The area is definitely nice, most of the people you encounter are very friendly, and the apartments were recently renovated. There are many places to visit and explore within driving distance. The apartments are pet-friendly, which is definitely a plus! Would recommend people that are new to the city/state to live here. I really enjoy living here. It hasn't been devoid of problems but unlike my last apartment, maintenance is prompt and thorough and Melissa, the leasing manager, is a pleasure to work with. She does a fantastic job of getting things resolved and is a genuinely nice person. It's a reasonably priced apartment complex with nice amenities, and my favorite part is the streamlined process to pay rent, file service requests, and communicate with other tenants.

The staff turned a terrifying life experience into an easier transition than I anticipated. I love this little community here except for 1 thing. Parking is terrible. By that I mean most times you cannot find a space unless it’s far away. I cannot blame management for that. The walls aren’t paper thin, but I expected to hear things from others that on the building. I don’t mind the little noise at all. The building is older than most, but it’s so warm and comfortable to be in. I believe I will be making this home for many years to come!!!
