I had a very positive experience living here for almost 2 years. Very affordable living with space to accommodate my garage gym and storage as well. And it’s dog friendly! Never had any issues with the neighbors or noise. The property is well managed and kept. Michelle was always super responsive and was a huge help when I was gone on military leave. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area!

We've had a very positive experience dealing with the Riverview Estates Property Manager. She is quick to respond to questions and assisted us through the lease/online process. She's answered all of our questions and has helped us find an apartment that fits our needs within our timeframe. She made arrangements for us to see the apartment and went through all of the important details that a new tenant would need to know.

I lived here for about 6 months before I had to move for a new job. This was by far one of the nicest complexes ive ever stayed at. For a little over $700 a month I had a big one bedroom place with a patio and garage! I really did not want to leave this place because I knew that I will never ever find a place with a garage that cheap. The property manager was very understanding of my situation and moving before my lease term was a breeze. Ive never had an issue with management or any of the other tenants. The only suggestion I would say that could have been better is if the complex was salted in
