Take your journey towards improved health and fitness under the guidance and care of one of our personal trainers. Track your burned calories and heart rate zones in real time and earn Effort Points to compete with friends and other members.
The Stage 3 staff strives to permanently enhance your quality of life through fitness, education, and support from the moment you walk through our door. We want to encourage, help and motivate each member to stay consistent by providing the proper education, necessary tracking tools, and a positive, non-intimidating environment.
Please give us a call at 678-430-8054, or send us an email to info@stage3fitness.com and we will be happy to help you! Try to get to your first class 15 minutes early. This will allow you time to meet your trainer, have them learn about you and answer any questions you may have. They will also get you oriented with our work out and the equipment you will be using.

Stage 3 is a Real deal gym, I've been attending for 5 months and I truly enjoy it. Never the same workout and I'm constantly pushing my fitness limits.
The staff is great and they honestly care about the people that attend and ensure that you are doing things the right way.

It has been along time since I have been involved in a group fitness atmosphere. The people at Stage 3 Fitness are the best. They really care about how you are doing. The trainers are always making sure that you are doing correct form. The best aspect of Stage 3 Fitness is that every workout is different NEVER the same. What a work out! It will kick your butt for sure! Love it!

Stage 3 focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), small class sizes (less than 25 per class) and keeping your metabolism working at max efficiency. I've been a member for about 6 months and I've seen a noticeable change in my physique, mental attitude, and nutritional habits. I love this gym for many reasons. First, the classes are always different so it keeps it exciting and challenging. I have been a member of the big gym for several years and never had great results. I found out that I just was not doing what was required. I would spend 2 hours in the gym and now I am in and out in 45 mins and I am in the best shape of my life. The instructors/coaches work well with each person because they walk around to make sure that each person is keeping proper form and being challenged at their level. I received a gift card to take advantage of Stage 3.. I was a fitness instructor for a couple of years and after being injured ,a slew of other mishaps etc, I swore I would never "join" a gym or buy any type of classes EVER:AGAIN. Needless to say, I am extremely impressed with this place. I am a tough critic because I get agitated very quickly if I am not being challenged or class is not full of variety.
