Alyte is originally from Lithuania and moved to the states in '91. She attended the University of Iowa where she earned her bachelor's degree in Health Promotion. Upon moving to Atlanta for an internship in corporate fitness Alyte decided to open her own personal training studio. It is due to her education, experience and expertise that Alyte had been featured on CNN, Fox 5 Atlanta, Personal Fitness Professional and Atlanta Wedding Ideas.

Alyte is a fabulous trainer! She is so encouraging and just a lovely person to work with. I never liked weight training before her guidance. I enjoyed her training because she taught me so much and pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. She keeps the sessions fresh by introducing new moves each time and also does a combination of strength training and cardio.
I am so excited to announce our expansion to include Birmingham, Alabama. It has been a while in the making, but we are finally here! In addition in home training, we provide group and partner training, as well as boot camps and corporate fitness. Now that kids are back in school, it's time to focus on yourself and renew those long lost New Year's resolutions.
ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- Is it just me or does everyone hear the "Jaws" theme in his or her head when arriving at a holiday buffet? The only question is whether I'm the shark going on attack or it's some sort of mating call to those extra pounds that will no doubt settle somewhere on my body. It's probably a combination.

Alyte truly makes "working out" enjoyable with her enthusiasm for fun, sense of humor, relatable stories and wealth of information that is easy to understand. She helped me make better decisions regarding food choices when traveling for work and gave me some great workouts I can use and do anywhere--(no excuses)! Her credentials are off the charts but her style/delivery towards health and fitness aren't intimidating. She is what most women want to be...smart, fun and in amazing shape. Alyte is wonderful at what she does, and that is to help you be the best version of yourself that you can be, but what she does so well that most "fitness" people do not is; she gets it. She understands what it is to work for weeks and watch every morsel you put in your mouth only to lose 1 pound. She understands how you feel as a woman after giving birth to children. Yes, you just created an actual miracle, but that same little miracle just wrecked havoc on your body and its okay to be upset by that. She is a living, breathing, child rearing woman who understands the struggles we all
