Ford was my property manager for several years before becoming my real estate agent. He was always so prompt with handling any issues that arose as a renter, that I when I was ready to finally buy my first place, I knew he was my go-to agent! I have bought 3 properties through Ford. One of them an absolute home run that has really set me up. He was able to negotiate over 30K on 2 of my houses in a way that does not insult the seller. If you want a real estate agent that knows the market and can get you the best price Ford is the way to go.

We have used Ford as our Broker on several transactions and leasing assignments. He moves fast, is great at "reading" the deal, and is a skilled negotiator. We have been working with Ford for years now (on both the selling and buying sides) and honestly, we're just sitting here at the kitchen table in our most recent house that he just helped us purchase, randomly singing his praises to each other on a Saturday morning.

I should have written this sooner, but honestly, I have been trying to think of how to best explain what a great job Ford has done with all my rental needs..
i have rented my condo in austin for years. I did it on my own at first and just couldn't seem to find the right renters to care for my awesome little condo. Then along came Ford. Within 1 week, he was able to match me with perfect tenants. And when their lease came due (cue the butterflies and anxiety...), Ford came through again with excellent results in no time at all. I have no doubts he will do it again when these tenants leave

Ford is an excellent real estate agent! He helped us find an apartment to rent when we first moved to Austin. Ford has been my agent for a few years now and after buying 4 houses with other agents he has by far been the best. He found a house I never thought I could get and was able to negotiate a huge chunk of money off the original price. It has turned out to be a great place to live and an amazing investment. He also manages my rental and has given me lots of advice on that area too. I am looking forward to buying my next house with him. He really works hard and finds the right place for you. It wasn't about just getting the commission with him.
