Krystal Shaw with Roots Residential Group was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Our condo had issues that were nobody's fault but were our responsibility to fix. It made the sale long, difficult and tedious. I felt so bad that Wendi had to endure a transaction that was probably longer and harder than any sale she had experienced. To top it off, it was just a small condo so there was not some big commission to make it worthwhile. She spent a LOT of time handling our sale.

Wendi is one of the hardest working people I know! She very literally never stops and seems to have endless energy and enthusiasm. I met her years ago when our sons were in music together class as toddlers and quickly learned how she went above and beyond in everything she did. Everything. Wendi helped us find and purchase our first house. Just as some of these other reviewers say, she treats a smaller budget first time home with the same attention as a seven figure purchase, which I hear is very rare to find in a real estate agent. She's extremely helpful with realistic expectations, honest about negatives, positives and potential resale value. My favorite quote from her is "I want you to get a great house at a good price because I'm the one that has to help you sell it 5 years from now." When it came time to sell our house I went through the process of interviewing 3 different agents. I asked question after question and posed hoop after hoop to jump through. Wendi ran circles around her competition, and she was the only one who actually made me feel like our house was going to sell...despite being in a slower-moving area.
