Be very careful. Rodney is condescending and does not listen to your needs. Every industry is different and he think's he know best for your business. The biggest issue is after our departure and we fired him he held us in a ridiculous contract that won't let us sign on any properly that he sent us for 6 months. Let me explain...if he sends you a property...from a search you can do yourself on Loopnet.com he will get paid for it. He didn't fight for us. Didn't negotiate anything and even let a space to to another company when we were in compliance of sighing a letter of intent

Rodney is the man! I was confused about an issue related to a real estate transaction, Rodney was pleasant and professional, was able to explain to me how and when the situation could require a real estate attorney and was all around knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely would recommend him!

My lease came due again, and the property management company had changed. And to be kind, the new folks were awful! It was time to move on, and Rodney found a new location less than 1/4 mile from my existing spot, and the rent was much lower as well. I did virtually no work and I spent zero dollars, but I'm in a new spot with a good lease. Thank you again to Rodney and ESG Realty Advisors.

What do you do when something occurs that might affect the value or use of your investment property? We searched for a real estate advisor on Yelp and located Rodney. He immediately advised that the situation merited contacting a real estate attorney. However, Rodney tried to supply as much context as possible. It is rare to find someone who truly cares about your outcome - even when not receiving any compensation. This is the type of exchange that we will remember - ex. when we need tenants or decide to sell.

Updated Dec 22, 2016. I had a couple issues with my landlord. The short version, the original owner sold to a new group. They do things a little different and it created some confusion with management fees. Some of it was over my head. I copied Rodney on an email. He was incredibly responsive by jumping in, getting clarity and helping resolve the situation. He even attended a meeting at my office with the new group to hammer everything out.

You really can't go wrong with Rodney. He's not only really good at his job, but it's really obvious he cares about his clients and

I first had Rodney look for my first retail location back in 2013. Since it was my first time I didn't know how or what to do. Rodney walked me through step by step and now I am expanding my business to other retail locations. Really stand up guy who will always bend over backwards and make sure you get the best deal possible. There are other commercial real estate agents out there, but they will never have my business other than Rodney.

Rodney is the BEST tenant-rep commercial realtor ever! I have used Rodney on a few occasions, and each time he has gone well above and beyond the call of duty and has always achieved excellent results and great cost savings. After my first 3 year lease for my current location was up (a lease he had negotiated well three years prior), I called Rodney to negotiate a new one or potentially look at other options. I was open to moving, but would prefer to stay if the landlord could make it worth my while. Landlords do not often make concessions on lease renewals, and when they do it might be a month

I was referred to Rodney Schwalbach of ESG Realty Advisors by someone I go to church with. I had outgrown my existing commercial space where I run a full service supply and installation flooring company. Rodney was extremely helpful and educational in helping me to figure out what it was I needed, as well as finding a space that met those needs.
