Sylvie's Sunnyside Preschool is a Montessori program for toddlers and preschoolers located in Terra Linda, San Rafael. Coming to Sunnyside may be your child's first experience of venturing outside the family unit. Our program seeks to provide a gentle transition for children from the home into a group setting.
Our priority is to ensure that each child feels safe, secure and supported. We offer a small group experience for Children 18 months to 3 1/2 - 4 years old, who are encouraged to explore their interests in a peaceful home environment.

Services
We also have extended hours 8 to 9 am Monday through Friday, and 4 to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. Activities: The classroom is a rich educational setting filled with hands-on activities for this critical age of development. The opportunity to move freely, developing both fine and gross motor skills is not only important from a physical standpoint, but also from a psychological one.
My son Cody and my daughter Sierra have both spent their most formative years in Sylvie's expert care. Not only has Sylvie helped my children grow and learn beyond expectations, she has helped my wife and me to be more positive and powerful forces in our children's lives. Spacious, inviting and lacking nothing, an inquisitive mind needs to embrace each new day.
