I had the pleasure of working with VillaFay Properties and their team in getting my apartment. It was my first time going through the whole process and they were both very patient and responsive the entire time. I applied for the apartment and got approved very quickly. I would highly recommend using this service if you are searching for an apartment near K-State campus.

I was treated so well from the first moment of contact. Every member of the VillaFay team is professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were supportive of me throughout every stage of the process. Most importantly, for me, they knew I was on a deadline to get out of the dorms and they worked expeditiously to find me an apartment that matched what I was looking for.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS "AGENCY". Absolute terrible company to rent from. We lived in a house that was spot painted (when they made sure to tell us that everything was freshly painted, when it wasn't), cricket problem, blinds broken, windows painted shut so you couldn't open a window if god forbid there was a fire, hardwood floors had nails coming out of them, water damage everywhere, damaged walls/floors/ceilings (that we were later charged for), and much more. They are running a scam and I live for the day this whole operation is shut down. We are college students who just wanted a nice place to

The apartment I live in is comfortable, safe and the maintenance has always completed my request when asked. The grass is always groomed with flowers. It is Well lit at night. And the management are nice and will complete your tasks whenever asked. The neighbors are friendly and there is never any noise that I know of. I think living here is a great place and you will feel comfortable living here.

Been to several of these properties, all of which are incredibly unattractive and gross. Never been a tenant of theirs, but word around town is that they’re the last landlord you want. Makes all these positive reviews seem real suspicious, especially those praising the value. I know I personally get a much better rate and value out of another property management group here in Manhattan than some of the people I know living at these properties. Seems to me like they’re just the last resort for people who were late to sign a lease.
