I am sad to say the only thing that is positive about these complexes is it's close to base. Other than that I was shocked the day we moved it and not in a happy way in the slightest. The apartment is sloppy and the price doesn't match at all. The carpet smells musty, the laminate floor is coming off the ground and pieces are missing and not cut right. The screws they used to put the dry wall in are visible, very thin walls and our AC unit has broke 4 times this year and the maintenance team loves to take their time getting to it. The blinds don't block sunlight at all and the kitchen has pipes

Very professional staff and friendly community. I've lived here since late November and everything has been smooth and easy. Allowed me to break my lease with ease due to a deployment. Simple move out process. Even offered a special discounted rate to keep the apartment while your away if you're interested in that. Regular pest control and maintenance request are fulfilled quickly. Definitely recommend as a place to live if you want to be close to base.

Wasn’t a bad place to live it was fairly affordable. But a month after moving out they hit us for a $1900 fee. They changed us for every little thing. They told us when we moved in that we can mount TVs as long as we don’t break down a wall. That they have to repaint whenever someone moves out anyway. We I mounted a tv in the bedroom and the living room and made sure I covered the holes before I left and still got charged. Avoid this place at all cost. Not worth it at all. Horrible staff and they are always looking for something to get you to pay.

Thin walls, very noisy . Unprofessional management. They don’t make contact with you to resolve problems. They will try to sue you over everything. You have to pay to use their washer and dryers. They will tell you it’s okay to do something and then change their minds without telling you other than to write you up and saying if you don’t stop doing it you will be evicted. They contradict themselves. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to call home.

For anyone who's thinking on moving to Geary Estates Apartments in Junction City.
We moved in July and had nothing but horrible experience:
* No one went to do an inspection with us for the apartment, they just gave us the keys and paperwork saying that everything is ready to go.
*One of the rooms carpet smelled like cat urine, which they claimed that it wasn't. I was pregnant at the time and had to fight with them and call them constantly so that they would do something, because i couldn't stay at my own apartment without taking medication (the smell made very sick). I have nothing but great things to say about Geary Estates Apartments and their staff. I needed an apartment urgently to live in since I work at Fort Riley. The minute I reached out by website and phone, I got an immediate response from the staff in my emails and in my voicemail. I was able to get all the necessary details I needed about the units available over the phone.
