Been living here 18 days! Yes just 18 days. Day 2 we started realizing we may have made a huge mistake! Besides the bugs, the people in this building have no common courtesy when it’s 3am and they stomp up the stairs drunk. Or have parties with loud music. The one bright side of this place..Bethany! She is super friendly and tries to do what she can.

Absolutely horrible. We didn’t even have to move in because of the management and office staff being rude, untruthful and a ton of miscommunication causing problems on my end that they did not care for. Talked to a current tenant and heard nothing but terrible things. They have no care other than telling us untrue things just to get us to move in and then causing us so many issues. Tried changing our apartment without our knowledge and also treated us with disrespect when confronted about it. This place is ran horribly.

You can definitely find a better place to live in for the price (we did). They are so poorly managed and have very rude staff (they were friendly when we came to look at apartments but after that it was 50-50)
We we were initially told there was an apartment facing the golf course ready on the 15th of June so we put in our application a couple days after viewing. From then on- application approval, being informed the move in date availability changed, getting the lease and apartment assignment, getting the lease countersigned and confirmed - was just so poorly handled. The administration are thieves. You pay $30 dollars per person for the application fee that are not refundable. They also withdraw from your account $250 dollars without authorization and without sign any contract. The receipt that you get in your email, it is just for the $30 dollars. If you decide to cancel the application for any reason they will not refund you the $250 dollars because they administration rules are that. Even having military orders they will not give you the money back.

Beware of this place. I read a lot of reviews saying how they never return your security deposit back, but never did I think it would happen to me considering I have never even officially signed a lease and moved in. I applied to the links awhile ago, got approved, then I was for sure my boyfriend and I were going to move there so we paid the security deposit. Long story short, there was a change of plans so we ended up not moving forward with the application (still have not signed a lease contract). So I contacted the property letting them know my situation and that I would not be moving there

I don't know why there are bad reviews on here for the office. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences while I have lived here. The office has helped me every time I have asked. But, let me tell you about maintenance. This is the best maintenance team I have ever seen. They have handled everything I have submitted very quickly and have explained to me what was going on and kept me informed. With the virus, my friends have told me their apartments have shut down maintenance, only doing emergencies. The maintenance manager here told me it was business as usual and they are taking proper precautions
