I had a better experience at Plaza West than anywhere else that I have rented in Manhattan. The Lundins care about their tenants and want to make sure that you are taken care of. One time I had a drip in my sink, so I sent an email to the manager and it was fixed on the same day within hours. The apartments are well maintained and well constructed. I never heard any of the tenants that lived around me through the walls. I would highly recommend living here.

My wife and I really enjoyed living at this apartment complex, and wish we could take it and our landlords with us when we move! The owners, the Lundin's, were extremely friendly and helpful. All maintenance concerns were addressed quickly and with no hassle, mostly by Mark Lundin, one of the owners. The complex is fairly quiet, with mature tenants who are mostly working professionals, military, or small families.
