They send letters about grass in the cracks of the street but don't say anything about abandoned vehicles and burned out houses for years.

This place is a joke. I just called and spoke with Rebecca and Mia/Miya? Mind you neither introduced themselves at the beginning of the call. It was not until the call became disturbing. That in an unprofessional condescending way Rebecca gave their names.
Initially called on behalf of my elderly grandmother and the deed restrictions, that she has been receiving the last couple of months. I’ve just now become aware of them. In no way was I arguing the restrictions, anyone with vision can look at the property and tell they are there. Yes they do need to be fixed. These two ladies would not allow

Highly recommended for any association! They have been great with collections and enforcing deed restrictions. We have seen a large increase in profits for our community!

Property Managing companies are hired by HOA Boards elected by homeowners to enforce governing documents, pay bills, and collect dues. They aren't in charge of getting Communities pool, clubhouses, or other recreational facilities. They send out letters to homeowners violating the CCR's or other governing documents. This is what the HOA Board pays them to do … your dues are not paid to the Property Management Company, but collected to pay the bills in your community for the next year. Action Property Management (APM) does an excellent job at enforcing governing documents, paying the bills, and

This company is a joke and so is the idiots at Bonaire HOA who keep them. They wanna be so proactive and not fix anything but act like they are keeping our neighborhood safe. Ha!! We just recently lost an officer that was killed in cold blood and they havent done a damn thing to recognize this. Be ashamed of yourselves for ignoring true problems we have!!!

These guys are terrible, they send out letters saying your yard does not meet deed restrictions. I informed them that the house is for sell and I have pictures of the yard perfectly manicured. They send out letters to collect $$$ they are liars and thieves. Also they charge over $350 to transfer your name to a new buyer if you sell your home. Better think about that before you hire these clowns to help your HOA.

Action Property Management is a joke! Our HOA was under their "control" for several years. We had many issues with them and everytime we called, we were told the same thing" We are only here to collect the $ and enforce the deed restrictions". Well the issues we had were covered in the deed restrictions. When we pointed out exactly which deed restrictions were in question, they responded with " I didnt' know tha was on there. I guess we can send out a letter." I wouldn't trust them to manage a lemonade stand!
