I have lost all faith in these people. I Scheduled a property showing..drove 2 hours...no one ever showed up and I never got any notice of them just sending me a lock box code or them having to cancel. I waited an hour....then I had to figure out how to get in to view the property through my own means...This lack of communication is highly unprofessional. I would rate 0 stars if I could **update** they replied to this review almost instantly, but when I called them multiple times (probably 10 not kidding) and left messages they would not answer and would not call back. Don't believe their replies

I have been working with TheRealtyMedics for many years now as a property owner. I have to tell you I am impressed and totally satisfied with the way Jason renegotiated the rents, as well as made the transition from my old property manager, including getting the security deposits from there. I highly recommend them. Most recently, Ben intervened and helped me resolve an issue I faced regarding existing renters moving out. That was very good on his part.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Multiple work orders, e-mails and phone calls ignored. Multiple safety and health hazards unrepaired despite our best efforts to obtain resolutions. Realty Medics blames owners and takes no responsibility. We are paying THEM rent, not owners. There's a hole in the roof which they PATCHED with a TARP during hurricane season. It's leaking in the middle of our bedroom and is a fire and mold hazard. It's getting worse each day and they do nothing about it. When we moved in, they never even fixed what they initially promised to fix. Plumbing problems have been ignored

I do not recommend their services as an owner, they will mislead you and they will not listen to your request then stick you with a bull you didn't approve. Then after, they will make excuses and lie to support it. The agreement says they use professional inspectors and they will recommend you pay for a mid year but their inspectors aren't professionals because they don't check appliances within the home. Do not waste your money. Then they sought my permission for a repair which I told them if it was over 300 I would need to be consulted prior to any work being done and I will not

This is the worst rental experience EVER!! Daughter Rented a place less than 4 months, had to move for personal reasons. They Took almost all her deposit. Took About a month of that time for plumbing issues to be resolved. Daughter lost work time off. Had to eat out because kitchen sink backed up in kitchen. Wash machine spewed all over laundry room because of faulty plumbing. No compensation whatsoever. I've Rented 2 places in my past and never was charged $300 for clean out. Pissed is putting it mildly

I was helping my father find a reputable property management company to manage his condominium in Orlando. I had a few candidates and The Realty Medics ( Dustin and Paola ) have been very helpful. The tenants are Spanish speaking and they have Spanish speaking staff as well. Both Paola and Dustin are informative and easy to work with and so far we have had a great experience having them manage the property. If anything changes I will let you know but so far they have been proven to be really helpful and patient.

The Realty Medics refuse to return my security deposit of $1500 and are using erroneous charges as their claim to keep my money.
I rented 500 Lakescape ct in Orlando for 4 years, paid rent without fail. When I moved out the house looked just as good, if not better than when I originally moved in. I had the house professionally cleaned from top to bottom. I also had the driveway and back patio professionally pressure washed. All of the walls and base boards were were washed. They are refusing to return my $1500 deposit. Siting several erroneous charges, Like having the house cleaned for $350 and

I'm a newer customer who bought two rental properties and the Realty Medics are managing and leasing the properties for me. So far it's been a great experience, solid and quick communication, especially being an out of state investor.
Amber and Tanya have been great so far, and I met Dustin & Jason in person when I visited. They answered all my questions and are very knowledgeable about the industry.

After all the issues I had with the office I googled and found the owner and co owners phone numbers to contact. As soon as I spoke with Tommy he quickly looked into the issues we were having and did everything he could to resolve them. I appreciate the hard work he did on his end to make things right and release us from our lease.
