Every time we have taken one of our cars into Wildcat Automotive we have come away more pleased than the time before. (if that is possible because we were thrilled the first time!).
I feel that Doug cares about his customers and does his very best to do the repairs in a very timely manner and is very reasonably priced. He is also just an all round NICE, decent human being!!!!
He came to me highly recommended and I certainly have and will recommend him any time I know someone that needs a GOOD job done.

Doug at Wildcat knows what he is doing and cares about customer satisfaction. My research showed he had the best prices for repair work. He is very accommodating and his work is top notch. He does the repair right the first time. He makes you feel better about what’s wrong. You just know he will fix it. Not only that, but he follows up with you to make sure everything he did is still perfect! Doug is MY mechanic for CTDGFOX! I’ll let you experience his talent cause I won’t need him for awhile. Doug has been good to me for most of my time as a student here in Tucson, I wish I had known about Wildcat Auto earlier! With an Audi A/S3, it's hard to trust that shops won't rip you off and are giving your car the care it needs and I never once had a hesitation about the work done here! Also as a student, there's no heckling or pushy "suggestions" to get work done. Doug has always been upfront, honest, and transparent about value of parts, the prices for labor, and the need for the work. Overall great experience, I will miss having a place to go to like this!

Doug gives mechanics a good name. I appreciate that he showed me the fried parts that were replaced so I knew he wasn’t taking advantage or upselling unnecessarily.
All in all, service was both cheaper, quicker and friendlier than I expected it would be, compared to my experience with other auto repair shops.

Made space to address my Subaru's sudden clutch failure and had it ready in less than 24 hours. I also appreciated a thorough description of the problem that included an opportunity for me to inspect the broken part. Fair and accurate estimate with great communication. I picked this business because it was the shortest tow distance, and totally lucked out!! I will definitely go to Wildcat for future maintenance and repairs.

Wildcat Automotive has been my go-to ever since I acquired my Suzuki. Always easy to call and make an appointment and pick up the same day. They are efficient, trustworthy, and kind. Doug and wildcat automotive provided one of my best experiences for auto repair. I called in on a Friday with the work that needed to be done (a labor intensive wheel bearing replacement on a 2010 Jeep Patriot). He not only gave me an outstanding quote, but was able to schedule and complete repairs on the very next Tuesday! Repairs are working great, no more howling from the wheels. He even checked in on me a day later to see how it's going. Great professionalism, great efficiency, and much appreciated honesty and concern. I will be back for any future auto issues.

Car overheated. dropped it off at 8 PM. Dropped the key in the mailbox. Got a call in the morning the next day, with an entirely reasonable estimate and an estimated time it would be ready - the next morning. it was fixed. I paid. The nice man with the sparkly blue eyes have the car heating up for me! They did a good job. i drove off.
But that's not why i'm writing this review. i'm writing cause the owner *TEXTED ME THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK IN* and see how the car was doing. i mean, lordy. such AMAZING work & service. heart eyes.

Came in for an oil change, for my Jeep Wrangler which has high mileage. I asked a lot of questions about synthetic oil and high mileage oils. Doug told me to use regular oil, because that's what I've been using from the start. I really appreciated his help. He didn't try to take advantage of me, I asked him to look around and see if anything else needed to be done, and he told me in a few months from now I'll need some work on my brakes. But everything is else was fine.
Integrity goes a long way with me. I hate being ripped off

I am in love with my car that's why I would never take my Miata anywhere else but Wildcat. They do exceptional work and they really care about your vehicle. The prices are fair and the best part is they are honest. After searching all over Tucson for a good mechanic for years, I will never go anywhere else.

Someone on Reddit recommended Wildcat Automotive as a reputable & trustworthy repair shop. As a female college student on a budget, I really needed to find a mechanic who I trusted to be fair with his prices while also doing quality work on my car. I am very confident in the guys here to do just that! Doug is a friendly guy. He wants your repeat business and it shows in his work.
I'll be driving my 2004 Honda across the country in a few months, and this is the only place in Tucson I trust to get my car ready for the trip!
