Anna and Elizabeth are amazing !!! I greatly appreciate how caring both of them are, Anna personally gave me a call today about an issue that I was having and it made my day that she went the extra mile to call to check up on me and my situation. They are both truly, genuine amazing people and I hope they’re recognized daily for it because it’s very rare to have people as great as them to be property managers/ landlords.

Save your money. I’ve been paying over $1000+ each month ON TIME, yet my apartment has flooded multiple times and they refuse to have the carpets cleaned or fix the issues causing the flooding. Thank goodness my lease is up so I can move elsewhere.
Many times I come home and my designated parking space is taken, and there’s drunk homeless people walking around the parking lot. Careless management will never take action. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

They refuse to fix my air. It’s 20 degrees outside but my apartment is 75 degrees! Living on the 3rd floor you don’t need heat when everyone else’s rises. They said they won’t fix it till March April which will still be cold by then! They said it’s not their responsibility. The other people who owned these were better then the people who own them now.

I have lived here since 2019. The first management was nice but disorganized. Then we got passed to another company. Then a month later is was completely turned over to Elizabeth. They did raise the rent but they are always so nice and responsive. Any maintenance issue I've had (due to the age of the buildings and half fixes by previous owners) they have responded to quickly, efficiently and have left it better than they found it. Elizabeth is super responsive to emails and is always looking for ways to make the community better!

We moved here in 2017. We originally had a 2 bedroom apartment where we stayed for 2 years with no issues. After the 2 years we moved within the complex to a 3 bedroom apartment. We had a conflict after moving out, but after expressing our disappointment, the manager Elizabeth did some investigating and resolved our issue. The old management was very disorganized and did not keep good records, but I’m thankful Sunset Properties did not give up on us and changed our mindset from a bad review to a good one.

Yes, it may be a little on the pricey side, but there's a reason for it. The landlord is very nice, the area is fantastic (very safe and quiet), the maintenance man, Frank, is a great guy, really personable, and the apartments themselves are very nice. Even the hallways are nice, due to them being cleaned frequently.

Augusta Square has been an amazing place to live for the past 2 years! I just purchased my first condo so that's the only reason I'm leaving this awesome community :) Anytime you're looking at reviews it's easy to find negative ones but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this community to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, and quiet place to live! Being so close to the Aquatic Center as been really nice during the summer and if you sign a year lease, you can get a free pass!
