Breed restrictions include: Doberman, Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, German Shepherd, Stafford Terriers, Akita, Huskies; also dog mixed with any breed previously listed.

I toured with Nicole and she was amazing! She showed me the Downy floor plan and I am absolutely in love with the open concept and layout of the apartment! The club is well maintained and beautiful, movie theater room, dog wash, fitness room...etc! The property manager was also very welcoming. I felt like I live there already! I am currently on the waitlist and I hope to receive a call back soon for a unit! This is my first choice...finger crossed for good news!

You must have never had anything in your rental background or they will decline you and keep your money.
We had a land contact go south and we resolved it before we applied. We had 5 solid years of positive rental history and they still declined it. When asked what is the time period that it will be an "automatic denial", I never got a response.
My credit is in the 600s so to say no because of credit and rental history (they never called and checked either of my references and I showed proof our eviction was paid) has been stellar since 2014. I think it's racial profiling at the core. I'm disappointed

I love living here!! It’s honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I would stay but I’m moving to Chicago for work :(. The office staff is so friendly, nice and so helpful! Also the maintenance team responds quickly and loves my dogs (they always have treats :)!). It’s clean quiet and the amenities are great! I don’t understand the previous reviews that the walls are thin?! I cannot hear anything! I have lived here for two years and the only time I hear other people is if I’m out on my balcony!
