Not the same anymore. I ve been here since 2008 and I can see the changes. PLK took over and things haven’t been the same. The rent is raise every year but no upgrades are done for people who’ve been here for long. The cabinets are falling apart, appliances are old and my dishwasher doesn’t even work, they used to provide carpet cleaning with yearly when you sign a new lease, that’s no longer available we had to buy our own machine to clean it, work orders takes about 3 weeks to complete if you lucky, I always have to call to remind them and to top it off the office staff changes every

My family and I love living here. The area is a peaceful and Maintenance works really hard to keep the grounds clean and stay up on repairs. I do wish they'd fix the tennis court or turn it into a basketball court. The rent is a bit high (for good reason)... with COVID-19 in full affect, having that extra amenity would be really nice. I also wish there was a playground on the property. They could also do better keeping the exercise room stocked with toilet paper, paper towels etc., but I'm just nit picking. All and all I think it's a wonderful, peaceful place to live.

Beautiful view, grounds are well-kept, but the bathrooms are dated (think 70’s) and the kitchen is tiny...which is very disappointing especially since rent is so high. The only amenity that works is the pool, which means the children in the community are very isolated. Office staff can be very condescending and misleading, policies change w/o notice. I would strongly recommend communicating with them in WRITING ONLY, maintenance has a tendency to appease you w/quick fixes vs fully addressing the problem and of course they all refuse to take accountability for their actions.

We moved here from Chicago and found the place online from a distance. That can be a scary process for sure! When we got here, we were amazed!! All the amenities, the 2 car garage, the fireplace, the giant rooms, the 24 hour gym!!! Everything surpassed our expectations. And the price can't be beat. If we could take the townhouse with us when we move away from Ohio - we would do so in a heartbeat. The staff is also awesome. They really are here to help. The maintenance crew is phenomenal and won't stop until everything is completed.

We have been a resident for almost 9 years!! That says it all, but I would like to add a few more comments: ... the staff can make or break a property's popularity... the staff at Mallard Lakes compliments and adds to the benefits of residing here.
The maintenance staff are great! They always do their very best to make remedy any situation with professionalism and have alwaysbeen extremely polite. The gals at the office always have answered my questions promptly and to our satisfaction. Last but certainly not least, is the Manager of the Property!! Julie has been by far the most efficient, effective
