Wow! These apartments are gorgeous! My dad used to live here and it is like night and day. The New Management Company has done an amazing job! Real granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, lots of windows with nature views! They also are currently renovating all the hallways with new carpet, paint, lights, the works! 100% recommend living here. Hamilton is up and coming!

As I need the end of my lease, and see the mix of reviews I want to let everyone know, my experience here was amazing. The staff is very down to earth, with the underappreciated night life of downtown Hamilton and the quite, discreet placement of the buildings it's a ideal location for me. Maintenance is always timely and the remodel of the apartments common areas make me sad I'm moving. If you are a reasonable and well adjusted person like myself, this is an ideal place

Do NOT spend your money here. Way overpriced. The office staff is a joke. Have filed several complaints about the plumbing. If someone is running water you might as well turn your TV off until they finish. Yes, the running water is that loud. Maintenance guy shows up and says that it is normal. I'm 48. Lived in many different apartments. NEVER have I had an issue like this.
People have AC's hanging out of their windows that will drip water on your patio. Can't even sit outside because of the condensation from the condensing unit dripping everywhere. The units already have central AC and heating

As a military service member , a PCS move always has its challenges, but working with the staff at this facility has gone beyond a challenge. The signing up process was smooth, so I have no complaints there, but the customer service and their inability to be compassionate has led me to write this review . I was stationed in Florida and prepared to move to Ohio but I received an order change last minute . They weren’t familiar with military clauses ( not their fault) so initially I was going to be charged for the termination of my lease. After that was situated , I received additional billing

I’ve lived at Carriage Hill for a little over a year now, and have enjoyed my time here immensely. First, the location is in such a perfect spot. It’s near a very quiet neighborhood, but also not too far from downtown Hamilton. It’s also located right across from the Great Miami river, making it convenient to go for early morning runs. Aside from the geographical benefit, the staff here has also been great in my experience. They’re very professional and genuine. My daughter applied to live here. They charged $60 application fee and $175 administrative fee. They told her she didn't make enough, that she needed a guarantor to make up difference and charged extra $60 app fee for that person. Then next day denied both for credit problem. Meaning they knew up front they were denying her, but waited. They also don't refund the $175 even though every other place does if applicant is denied. All this place does is make money off people they don't plan on renting too. There's plenty of other places that won't take advantage of people and overcharge.

I lived here for a year and had a totally positive experience. The apartments are very nicely renovated and affordable given what you are getting. It was a quiet place to live, no noise from neighbors and it was a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day. I never had issues with bugs or other pests. I was also impressed with the office staff, they were always nice and professional and addressed maintenance issues very quickly.
