Our apartments are set back from the road and have beautiful landscaping, with plenty of flowers and mature trees. We have plenty of open space for long walks or even practicing your golf swing. Picture yourself in the summer unwinding on the weekends or after a crazy day with a refreshing dip in our fabulous outdoor pool.
Our 1-Bedroom units have open floor plans, with a master bedroom suite, large living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. These units offer plenty of closet space with a big walk-in closet in the bedroom and additional closet next to the front door. Plus, you get a 14-foot balcony or patio off the living room - terrific for sunbathing, grilling or relaxing with a good book.
Our 2-Bedroom units are spacious and modern, with 2 large bedrooms, roomy living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. These units offer plenty of closet space with big closets in both bedrooms and another closet by the door. You also get a large walk-in storage room right inside the apartment - great for keeping your bike and other items in reach but out of your way.
Students attend the Penfield School district at Indian Landing Elementary School, Bay Trail Middle School and Penfield High School. Yes, every building has convenient laundry facilities with coin-operated machines. Select 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom deluxe units have full size washer and dryer in unit with $25.00 monthly washer/dryer fee.

I absolutely LOVE living here! I cannot say enough about the people that work here, they're all amazing. And the maintenance guys are THE BEST!! They're super friendly, exceptionally professional, and do superior work. The buidings and the landscape are so beautifully kept I really don't want to live anywhere else!
