The people that work in the front office should do a better job in communicating and for this review i am writing i give them an f+. in my case they should have look and see that i brought the require paperwork for my recertification but in there case i guess it will save them time by sending out an harassment threatening letter about paperwork that i did turn in before the due date/and i called that very lazy you do not send out threatening and harassment letter if you are to lazy to open your eyes and see if my paperwork as been turn in this make the second time that has happen to me and now
