Discovery Montessori Preschool's program is designed to meet the needs of the young child in accordance with the principles established by Dr. Maria Montessori (1870-1952). She believed that a child's natural ability to learn must be cultivated in a warm and supportive environment, with touchable, entertaining educational materials, thoughtfully crafted to teach concepts.
A child must develop the love for learning at an early age or it may never be accomplished. We are currently accepting applications for the summer / fall of 2024/25. Services
Discovery Montessori Preschool offers much more for children than simply daycare. We provide a stimulating learning environment, appropriate for curious and growing preschoolers. The Montessori Method of teaching offers children a chance to become enchanted with the love of learning by exploring the carefully prepared environment.
NOTE: Program follows California law with regard to vaccinations: All children must be up-to-date with vaccinations at the time of enrollment. Only children with a Medical Exemption form signed by a physician will be exempted from this requirement. Children ages two and half through five years may enroll.
