Stepping Stones School at River Life utilizes a play-based, student inquiry approach to learning. We use faith-based principles and best practices in early childhood education in order to create a high quality educational experience for children. Our school is a place where you can be confident that your child is spending their day in a warm, nurturing, active and creative environment.

Services
For most two-year olds, this is their first school experience. Our teachers in this classroom will focus on helping your child feel safe and comfortable. Emphasis is placed on social behavior as your child is figuring out God's World and their place in it with relation to others. In addition, we will work on language skills, fine, and gross motor skills.
There is an additional fee for potty training that is added onto your monthly bill. Once your child has been successful with their toilet training for 30 days, the additional fee will be dropped. We understand and expect occasional accidents to happen. We do require that you provide all training pants and additional clothes including socks for your child, as well as an extra pair of shoes.

Our daughter has been attending for about a month now and we are so in love! The teachers and the director are all fabulous. We love the lessons, and the adorable little reports that get sent home every day with a summary of their day. Our daughter is thriving in this environment and making great friends. We are so grateful to have found Stepping Stones!

The building renovation is spectacular! Doesn't look like the same building. Everything is brand new: floors, walls, fixtures, supplies, toys, napping mats, playground equipment, concrete, grass- the works! Wonderful, loving, qualified staff! Hats off to the volunteer team who made this possible. What a gift to the East Sac community for years to come!
