I came across Douglas Points Apartments by way of a previous resident. The upkeep on the apartments were wonderful and with the new updates the apartments will be even better. The office staff is absolutely wonderful... They are accommodating and very professional... The maintenance crew does a wonderful job fixing things around the complex. I know that my stay with your complex is going to be over the top... Thank you all for making my move a smooth transition....

The neighbors have their music on FULL BLAST. When you call to complain, they do NOTHING about it. My patio blinds have been needing to be repaired since I moved here in July. My smoke detector has been beeping for 2 weeks and one of my bedrooms is cold. They sent maintenance out but nothing was done. I can’t wait to move because nobody does anything around here

I was moved into a 3 bedroom apt with an old stove that tilts your food and cooks it to one side, I wrote in my paperwork upon signing the lease for a new stove and was promised to receive one and it's already a year later and I still have not received one. I called the office and was told either I can wait for renovations which has no date yet or pay 35 dollars extra on my rent a month to receive one. There is so many more things I can go on about but I just can't wait to move out.

I had the pleasure of staying in 420 for 3 yrs. I enjoyed my stay and my neighbors...the mangers and maintenance team are wonderful..anything I may have needed done they took care of it in a timely manner..i really will miss there and the neighbors..thank you Douglas Pointe for a wonderful stay..Thank you Christina and Tiffany for always handing my concerns and always being professional.

I have been working with Douglas pointe to try to get a apartment since April they never answer the phone and I was always given wrong information. I was told they had a apartment ready for me 3 times in this process which was never true when I came to the day of I was told that I was given the wrong information. Here it is November I was told I would be moving in the middle of November but I was never given a date. I have called and left voice mails no one responds then someone finally answers and tells me they had the wrong email for me and my move in date was moved to 2 days from the day we
