I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, I've worked with this company for over a month, not a direct employee of them. I worked with one crew and I realized early on that a lack of respect between employees and employers is evident. I've heard stories about this place that I won't repeat here. They underpay their workers horribly. Don't get hired here if you expect to stay on the job long without fair skin like the rest of their employees. The behind the door racism doesn't bother me.
